Mherie Vic Palomo-Prevendido
Founder & Chairwoman, Through The Glass Creatives
Mherie Vic Palomo-Prevendido grew up in a family where a career in the creative arts was considered a sure path to failure. She chose it anyway. Alongside her husband and co-founder, Ravve Jay Prevendido, she spent three years freelancing — 16-to-18-hour days, seven days a week — to save enough to build something of their own.
In January 2021, that resolve became Through The Glass Creatives. What began as a team of five has grown into a globally recognized creative agency of more than eighty people, serving clients across 14+ countries and expanding to Dubai by 2025 — a rare trajectory in the creative industry.
Today she leads a small ecosystem of companies: a creative agency, a business-solutions firm, and a foundation. The thread that runs through all of them is the belief that a company can grow with integrity, lead its industry, and create real opportunity in the communities around it — at the same time.
"I build companies that prove growth and good can be the same decision."

A business-solutions and consulting firm whose name joins the Latin Magna (great) and the Icelandic Hvati (catalyst) — a "Great Catalyst" for growth. Founded in 2023 as a sister company to TTGC, it pairs strategy, systems, and managed operations — from finance and IT to marketing and customer experience — for international clients. Solutions that catalyze growth.
A social-impact organization committed to empowering underserved communities through sustainable education, livelihood, and health programs — scholarships, community health initiatives, and pathways out of poverty.
